Visa signed two new deals to widen where its cards can be used, with Fifth Third's Newline and with Mesh
Newline by Fifth Third will let fintechs offer Visa corporate cards in more than 40 countries. Mesh's deal makes stablecoin and crypto balances spendable across 175 million merchants. Both extend Visa's network into new users and payment types, which matters for card networks and issuers. The Money20/20 conference starts on 18 October, where payments partnerships like these are often announced.
